Reward your regulars, not strangers.

A digital stamp card for any business. Your staff add every stamp, so the rewards you give away are always ones that were earned.

The difference that matters

A stamp happens when your staff say so.

Plenty of digital loyalty cards let the customer stamp themselves by tapping a sign on the counter. That means anyone who walks past your door can collect one without buying anything.

Thirty people tapping on their way past every morning finish their cards inside a week. At a $5 reward each that is $150 out the door, every week, for nothing sold.

Here, tapping the card only says who the customer is. The stamp comes from your counter, on a sale you actually rang up.

300

taps at the counter with no sale behind them, in our own testing.

Zero stamps were given.

Three steps at the counter.

  1. The customer taps your card

A sticker or a small stand on your counter. They tap their phone on it, or scan the printed code. Their card opens in the browser. There is no app to download and no account to create before they can start.

  2. Your staff tap what was bought

On your own phone or tablet. A code appears, the customer scans it, and the stamp lands on their card straight away. One code covers the whole sale, however many items they bought.

  3. You hand over the reward

On the last stamp, that customer shows up on your staff screen as owed a reward. A staff PIN confirms it, and we record who approved it. Their card resets and starts again.

The staff screen. Tap what they bought, show the code, done.

Whatever you sell

It is your card, not ours.

Your name on it

Your logo, your photo behind the count, and a colour picker for every part of the card. Customers see your business, not our brand.

Your reward

You type what they get. A free cut, a free wash, a free nail trim, a free loaf. We do not hand you a list to pick from.

Your words

Call them stamps, cuts, washes or visits. A barber does not sell stamps, so the card uses whatever your trade calls them.

Your prices

A large one can count for one and a half. A cheap one can count for half. Set how many they need, and the most any single sale can earn.

You find out who your regulars actually are.

A paper card tells you nothing once it is in someone's wallet. This one tells you how many customers came in today, this week and this month, which hours are busy, which days are quiet, and what people actually buy.

Every figure is worked out on your own clock, so your 8am rush shows up at 8am.

Setting up

Nothing arrives in the post.

When you sign up we give you one web address. That single address is your whole counter setup, and you can have it on the counter within the hour.

Print it

We generate a counter sheet with your name, your offer and the code already on it. Print it and stand it up.

Or tap it

Write the same address to any NFC sticker with a free phone app. Customers tap instead of scanning. A pack of stickers is a few dollars.

Your till is a device you own

Pair the counter tablet or your own phone with a one-off code. No hardware to buy and nothing to install.

Staff get a PIN

Add each person a four digit PIN. Rewards need one, and we record who approved every giveaway.

The questions people actually ask.

Isn't it slower if my staff have to do something?

It is one extra tap on the sale you are already ringing up, and the customer scans while you make their order. If that step is genuinely too much at your busiest hour, this is the wrong product for you, and we would rather say so than have you find out in week three.

Do my customers have to download anything?

No. They tap a sticker or scan a code and their card opens in their browser. No app, no account, no password. They can add it to their home screen if they want it to look like an app.

Is there a free plan?

No. There is a 14 day trial with no card details, and after that it is AU$19.95 a month for everything. A free tier means either your data becomes the product or the service quietly stops being supported, and we would rather charge you a fair price and answer the phone.

What if a customer loses their phone?

If they saved their email, they ask for a link and their stamps come back on the new phone. If they never gave an email, your staff can find them by name at the counter and add the stamp by hand.

I don't run a cafe. Does this still work?

Yes. You type what the reward is and what to call each stamp, so a barber counts cuts, a car wash counts washes, and a groomer counts visits. Nothing in the product assumes coffee.

Can I ask customers for a Google review?

Not through us, and not in exchange for stamps. Google prohibits incentivised reviews and the penalty lands on your listing, not on ours. We will not build a feature that puts your business at risk.

What happens to my customer list if I leave?

It is yours. Ask and we delete it, or ask and we send it to you. We never market to your customers ourselves and we never share them with another business.
