    Your staff select what the customer purchased on their screen.

  2. The QR code appears

    A QR code instantly appears on the customer-facing screen.

  3. The customer scans

    New customers can create their Reward Regulars card. Returning customers have their stamps added to the card they already have.

Does the terminal include Reward Regulars?

The terminal is a one-off hardware purchase of AU$299. An active Reward Regulars subscription is also required and costs AU$19.95 per month.

What does the terminal need?

Just power and Wi-Fi. Connect it to your Wi-Fi from the terminal during setup and it will remember the connection.

How are rewards approved?

Rewards can require a staff PIN before they are redeemed, helping you keep control over who approves them.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 2 to 4 business days and then posted. Delivery time after that depends on where you are. Need it sooner? Contact us after ordering and we will arrange a faster service.

What happens if there is a problem?

The terminal includes a 12-month hardware warranty, wherever you are. If you bought it in Australia, your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply. Contact us if you need help and we will assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Enter your address at checkout and we will post it to you. The price is the same wherever you are.
