How it works

One extra step on the sale you are already ringing up.

  1. Your staff enter the sale

On your own phone or tablet, or on the counter terminal. They choose what the customer bought. One sale is one code, however many items are in it.

  2. A QR code appears

It is made for that sale and nothing else. It works once, and it stops working after fifteen minutes.

  3. The customer scans it

With the camera on their phone. Their card opens in the browser. No app, no account, no password. They can add it to their home screen if they want it to look like one.

  4. The stamp lands

On a first visit their card is created as they scan. On a return visit the new stamp goes onto the card they already have.

The staff screen. Choose what they bought, show the code, done.

Who can add a stamp

Only your staff start it.

There is no way inside the app for a customer to add a stamp to their own card. It is not a setting you can turn on. Every stamp was put there by the person serving, as part of a sale.

You can see who gave it

Because a person gives every stamp, each one is recorded against the staff member who gave it.

Rewards can need a PIN

Give each person a four-digit PIN. Handing a reward over asks for one, and we record who approved it.

When a reward is due

On the last stamp, that customer appears on your staff screen as owed a reward. Your staff confirm it, hand it over, and their card starts again. If they never gave an email, your staff can still find them by name at the counter.

Setting up

Nothing has to arrive in the post.

When you sign up we give you one web address. That single address is your whole counter setup, and you can have it on the counter within the hour.

Print your counter sheet

We generate one with your name, your offer and your code already on it. Print it and stand it up.

Use a device you own

Pair the counter tablet or your own phone with a one-off code. Nothing to install.

Give staff a PIN

Four digits each. Needed before a reward is handed over, so a giveaway always has a name against it.

Or add the terminal

Optional. A two-screen unit that lives on the counter. See the terminal.
