It is your card, not ours.
A barber, a car wash and a bakery should not be handing out the same card. Every part of this one is set by you.
This is what your customer opens on their phone.
Which days are busy, which hours are quiet, and what people actually buy. This is the one that tells you when to roster staff.
Counted at your counter, on your own clock. There is more: day by day, time of day, your email list, and whether the card is paying for itself.
The screens first. Swipe through, then open anything you want to know more about.
Your logo, your photo behind the stamps, and a colour for every part of the card — the header, the stamps, the buttons, the text. Pick a typeface too. Customers see your business, not our brand.
You type what they get. A free cut, a free wash, a free loaf, a free coffee. We do not hand you a list to pick from, because your reward is your business.
Call them stamps, cuts, washes, visits or coffees. A barber does not sell stamps, so the card uses whatever your trade calls them, everywhere it appears.
Choose what customers need to buy to earn a reward, and what each item is worth. A large one can count for one and a half. A cheap one can count for half. You can also cap how much a single sale can earn.
Put a picture and your own words at the bottom of the card. It sits on the screen your regulars open every single time they collect a stamp, which makes it the cheapest advertising space you own.
Link your Instagram and your TikTok straight from the card, so a regular who is already holding their phone can follow you in one tap.
Write to the customers who agreed to hear from you. One send a month to up to 1,000 people is included, and you can buy more when your list outgrows that. Every message carries a working unsubscribe.
Customers who give you their birthday get an email on the day telling them there is something waiting. They mention it at the counter and you decide what to give them.
Give each person four digits. Handing a reward over asks for one, and we record who approved it — so a giveaway always has a name against it.
There is no way inside the app for a customer to add a stamp to their own card, and it is not a setting you can turn on. Every stamp was put there by the person serving, as part of a sale.
Every stamp and every reward is kept against the card, so you can see what happened and when, and who was serving at the time.
They scan and their card opens in the browser. No download, no account, no password. They can add it to their home screen if they want it to look like an app.
We generate a printable sheet with your name, your offer and your code already on it. Print it, stand it up, and you are open.
A two-screen unit that lives on the counter, if you would rather not tie up a tablet. Sold once, separate from your subscription. See the terminal.
